   Joy Osterhout, MS, MCHES, RYT-200 has a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and has focused on it for the past 20 years. She owns a small business consulting firm, Health & Education Communication Consultants, focused on public health, teaches yoga, is a wellness coach, and is adjunct faculty at a local community college
teaching new healthcare professionals. Joy is also certified in Reiki and is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist. She holds Masters Degrees in Health Administration and Health Education.

Joy continues on her own journey to health studying yoga, mindfulness and well-being at work, happiness practices, and organic gardening. She loves exploring the great outdoors, anywhere between the oceans and mountains, and looks forward to joining others as they embark on their journey of self-discovery to health and happiness!

Karen Stultz, CHt, CIWC is a Catalyst for Positive Change. She has created a unique
style of coaching and Integrative Wellness that is FUN and serves the uniqueness of
each of her clients.
Since 2001 Karen has coached, studied and designed programs and retreats. As a
Certified Hypnotherapist, Integrative Wellness Coach and Energy Healer, she
integrates mindfulness and meditation, guided imagery, hypnosis, emotional freedom
technique (EFT), laughing yoga(breath work), and energy work to help her clients
create change and shifts in their lives for More Energy, Time, Money and Freedom, so
there’s more of YOU available for YOU.
